Notes. The cars history is not known , except that it had been raced. When i acquired the car there were many things wrong with it . The engine had been swapped for a 1600 , the wheels were 14 inch alloys, the gauges were wrong , as were the seats , and the soft top was missing amongst many other things. Fortunately the Veloce sump was still there, as well as the Veloce exhaust manifold.All the other Veloce specific items i had with my spares .A big plus was the very limited rust , the only real rust to be fixed was the front 4 inches of the sills. The floor, . and the trunk area were all fine The body had many places where metal had been damaged an example is the dash where the holes have to be fixed ..I have been sourcing missing parts over many years and am now busy with stripping paint . I tackle all the jobs myself including engine rebuilds and other mechanical work, the only job outsourced is the upholstery.I have attached photos of the car as it was when i bought it.
