This 1965 Alfa is a true factory Giulia Spider Veloce. Produced March 20, 1965 and shipped to Alfa-Romeo of Newark, New Jersey on April 1, 1965. It was fully restored to showroom condition approximately 10 years ago and then acquired by well-known racer, dealer and classic car enthusiast, Monte Shelton (1933-2019) as a part of his personal collection. With Monte's recent passing, this Veloce is now being offered for sale.

A solid, rust-free car. The finish of the body is spectacular. Repainted in correct "Rosso Alfa" red, the finish and fit are excellent. All chrome re-plated and trim polished to show level. Reupholstered in correct black leather. Replaced correct convertible top. All glass is excellent.

Mechanically excellent. Numbers-matching, rebuilt original 1600 cc 4 cylinder engine #AR00121*02006. 129 HP rated at a top speed of 109 mph. Rebuilt 5 speed manual gearbox shifts crisply. Factory front disc brakes stop smooth and straight. All gauges work and register accurately. Recently serviced, fully detailed and ready to drive anywhere.
