This 1958 Alfa Romeo Giulietta (Chassis 1493.08599) is a striking example of the Bertone-bodied Giulietta coupe, and is said to be a genuine Veloce with an up-rated engine. Refreshingly finished in not-red, the seller notes that $10K has recently been spent on the interior. The Veloce cars are pulling amazing premiums, but it will be interesting to see where this one falls given the engine swap. Find it here on eBay in Fallbrook, California.

The styling of the Sprint Veloce is a favorite, with the unmistakable Alfa grille standing proud up front. The medium blue finish is a great choice, making the lines stand out without being too flashy. The seller notes a flaw on the rear trunklid that mars an otherwise-perfect paint job… even so, we can’t pick it out from the photos given.

Inside, the seller notes that over ten grand has been recently spent on leather and wool. The dark tan seating is lovely, and the lighter carpets contrast nicely. The wooden steering wheel may be an original Nardi, as it seems to have a decent amount of wear.

Rather than the 90 horsepower 1.3 liter mill originally fitted to the Sprint Veloce, a two liter engine has been installed along with a 5-speed gearbox. The brake masters also look like later upgraded units.
